Whether you want your dog to learn basic manners and socialization, focus games, tricks, canine conditioning or you’re interested in having your dog become a certified Canine Good Citizen, Therapy Dog or Service Dog I am confident I have the tools to help you have the dog you desire.

I am an AKC Canine Good Citizen Instructor and evaluator, a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers, and a Member of the Pet Professional Guild.

I continue to attend workshops and seminars to make sure I am always up to date on all of the new and innovative ways to have fun with dogs and their Humans ~ Always learning more!

I am a Certified Canine Fitness Trainer (CCFT), FitPAWS Master Trainer, Certified Trick Dog Instructor (CDTI), Canine Conditioning Coach, Certified Stunt Dog Judge and an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.

Whenever you work with your dog through Basic Training, Tricks Training and Canine Conditioning, Therapy or Service Dog Work you build a stronger bond with your canine companion.  I teach group classes as well as in home private sessions.

Canine Fitness

I am passionate about helping dogs keep their minds and bodies strong, whether your dog is a canine athlete, service dog, working dog, weekend warrior, couch potato, puppy, adult or senior they all deserve fitness to keep their bodies toned and working properly to prevent injuries. 

Fitness exercise programs can help your dog live the best life from puppy hood through their senior years.  Group classes and private sessions are available.

A rescue from Boulder Humane Society, has been my biggest inspiration to become a full-time, gentle-method dog trainer. I graduated from Rocky Mountain Regional Dog Trainer Academy in December 2012.

With 4+ years and multiple hours of working with Service Dogs in Training and their Handlers I have the tools for a great Therapy and Service Dog Instructor.


Kelly Krueger, Animal Communicator

Articulate Animals, LLC

Kelly Krueger has been a practicing Animal Communicator since 2005 and launched Articulate Animals, LLC, in 2007. To supplement her animal communication skills Kelly has taken courses and seminars in the topics of grief support, animal nutrition, flower essences, Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT), and administering homeopathic remedies.

Kelly enjoys working with a network of clients nationwide and internationally. She has communicated with a variety of animals including dogs, cats, horses, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, bears, fish, and gecko, helping identify sources of physical pain, reasons for fears, preferences for foods and play, and reasons for behavioral issues. She offers tele-classes through Articulate Animals and presents informational programs on animal communication around Denver.

Prior to becoming a professional animal communicator Kelly spent nearly 20 years working in higher education in administration and operations, alumni relations and fundraising. She holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a master’s degree in Organizational Management.



Ana Melara CPDT-KA

Ana Melara has been working with dogs and their families for over two decades, originally in N.Y.C. and since 2001 here in Colorado.

She is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and member of the (APDT) Association of Professional Dog Trainers and a member of (IAABC) International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants. She is TAGteach Certified. (This means that she’s also very good at teaching people.)

She keeps herself current by attending and hosting various workshops, seminars and conferences. Her training techniques are founded on praise-based, dog-friendly and people-friendly methods, and a fundamental belief that, as dog guardians, we are responsible for their well-being and training.
